3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation by email.

4. Prices and payment conditions

The prices stated on the website are final prices and include statutory VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Delivery and access to digital products

The digital products will be delivered immediately after receipt of payment. You will receive a link or access to the digital product by email.

6. Right of withdrawal and exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Please note that according to Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal for digital products expires as soon as we have started to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may start to execute the contract and you have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that we may start to execute the contract immediately after receipt of payment. You also confirm that you have been informed that you will lose your right of withdrawal as soon as we have started to execute the contract.

By accepting these terms and conditions and purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as the download or access to the digital product has been provided.

7. Rights of use

By purchasing a digital product, you receive the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for your own, non-commercial purposes. Distribution, reproduction or public performance is not permitted.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of the digital products. Use of the products is at your own risk.

9. Data protection

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Your data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. You can find further information in our data protection declaration.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
